In order to inform itself and to contribute to feedback to the DCFS, a qualification awarding body required a combination of qualitative and quantitative feedback from users of its vocational qualifications.
mc² assembled a project team of experienced qualitative interviewers and using a recruitment company specialising in the education sector, conducted over 40 semi-structured telephone calls with secondary and further education teachers and heads of year.
A full analysis of the findings and a written report was presented to the client, who in turn passed the report in its entirety to the DCFS.
