Recruitment was undertaken by a specialist B2B fieldwork company; mc² conducted face to face and telephone qualitative depth interviews with fleet managers across key sectors and organisation sizes
Feedback to the client's product team included 'granular' case studies by company size, activity and the level of knowledge of respondent, together with full recommendations and prioritised 'to do' list.
