Good recruitment is key to good qualitative research - whether by phone or face to face, we only use quality assured recruitment agencies with IQCS and MRQSA accreditation up to ISO20252

Venues can include viewing studios, hotels, homes, shop floors, offices or training rooms.

All sessions are recorded - audio and/or video/DVD.

In addition to their MRQSA, IQCS or ISO accreditation, we choose recruiters according to their experience of recruiting different respondent types: b2b, consumer, old, young, professional, retired etc.

We work throughout the UK providing a 'full service'.
