Complementing our qualitative services we provide a comprehensive range of quantitative data capture methods.

Our comprehensive range of data capture techniques include the following:

  • Self completion

We only work with quality assured fieldwork agencies, and provide a full range of services including CATI, online, face-to-face, hall tests and trackers etc.

We chose who we work with according to their individual expertise and level of technical ability.

For example:

  • Where 'real time' quota monitoring is needed for a telephone survey, we would tend to use web based CATI
  • For web surveys, we can provide bespoke design and hosting for corporate clients where branding is key. For surveys with more conventional content or where the respondents are anonymous we might recommend a more off-the-shelf solution
  • For sectors with particular characteristics, we only use those recruitment agencies who understand and have experience of the best strategies to gain quality feedback from time pressured respondents

Clients are always provided with digital copies of the data tables (in a format of their choice) to accompany either PowerPoint slides or a full written report.

We work throughout the UK and frequently undertake combined Qualitative & Quantitative projects.

Both full service and field and tab are available either working directly with the client or working in combination with other research or consultancy agencies.
